I watched a yt video will try to find it and post the link here but it said something like this which helped me out a lot: You have two parts in your brain: one is the strategic part and other is the action part Now strategic part is working overtime for you, creating scenarios, strategies, dreams for you to work upon. Its intelligent, ambitious and for the most part the most active thing in your brain. Now for the action part, here comes the truth. its dumbbbbb! its like a monkey. Now what happens with most of the people today is we focus too much on the strategic part because its so damn easy to come up with things but the action part gets clearly overwhelmed due to multiple emotions it faces all at once. It feels behind, it feels bored, it feels distracted, it feels sleepy. So to control this action part you have to treat it as a child. Now this may sound odd to you. But your strategies are bullshit, they are cringe, every idea that you come up with is just pure shit. You know why? because you personally haven't came remotely close to implementing anything beyond the first and second step as your action part is most of the time doing nothing. So this is how the solution works. Think what you want to do: Lets take an example- I want to start a business with a simple idea i have Now stop here, if you have done business before then master please teach me. but if you haven't don't think beyond this. Trust me, you don't know what will work, how it works. you are totally a novice at this. so when you wake up, tell yourself what are the easiest most simplest thins i can do to progress. Be patient don't overpromise, don't overwhelm, don't overthink. keep it simple and casual and say. Okay I want to start a business: Today i will get my finances sorted. (Simple right?) Check your statements, savings, your sources of income, etc.... After this do one more thing which is obvious, implement your idea in the most simplest way so you can explain to someone without running your mouth. Make a PPT?? an AI prototype maybe. Then maybe show it your 5 closes people so the idea dont outrighly gets rejected or mocked. Get an initial feedback. After this signup for maybe 2 competitions that are ready to see if your idea works. By doing each step you open another dimension. That is progress. By not overwhelming your action brain with emotions, unrealistic ambitions, expectations for which you have no idea about then please do what you know in a very simple manner. Work on the first layer of problems. Dont deep dive This will make it easy for you to start, Let me know if it make sense or is just some bullshit. HAPPY TO HELP!

Nobody talks about the middle. The part where excitement fades and progress stalls. Where the work feels endless, the wins feel small, and the finish line isn't even in sight. The middle part is where most people quit—not because they couldn't do it
