Founder & CEO - Vent... • 1d

Most people chase outcomes. Founders slowly learn to sit with the process. This morning I am thinking about how building something meaningful rarely feels fast. It feels uncertain. Quiet. Sometimes lonely. There are days when nothing moves on the outside. No new users. No messages. No signal that you are doing anything right. And yet, something is happening. Your thinking deepens. Your doubts sharpen you. Your judgment gets heavier, more deliberate. No one claps for that part. The invisible work is exhausting because it asks for belief without proof. If you are early and the effort feels larger than the reward, you are not failing. You are incubating. Every serious venture is built twice. Once in the mind, with fear and patience. Once in the market, with courage. Keep building the first version. It is slower than you want. But it is doing more than you can see.

This app feels disorganized and confusing. There are no clear instructions on the home screen, no visible tours, and no guidance on what needs to be done. The overall experience feels chaotic and frustrating.

🚀 What’s the hardest part of building a startup in 2025? Not the pitch deck. Not the product. It’s the invisible grind - the stuff no one claps for. Let’s be honest: Which of these hits you hardest right now?
