Startup productivity hacks: While interacting with multiple people in management, startup founders, and even senior folks in analytics teams, I’ve understood one thing... you don’t need 30 metrics on your dashboard. In fact, the more complicated the dashboard, the harder it becomes to answer the simplest question: “Are we growing or not?” Over time, I’ve realized that most early-stage companies only need five metrics to stay on track: Acquisition – How many new users/customers are you getting? Activation – Are they experiencing the product’s core value quickly? Retention – Do they come back after day 1, day 7, day 30? Revenue – Is your product actually generating money (and how fast)? Referral – Are your existing users bringing new ones? These five, known as the AARRR framework, cut through vanity numbers, keep the team aligned, and make conversations with investors a lot easier. And honestly, you don’t even need a fancy BI tool to track them. A simple Google Sheet updated weekly can be just as powerful. At the end of the day, founders don’t need more data. They need the right data. #TheStartupManager

Most founders in EdTech focus on the wrong problem. They think tech will change education. It won’t. Students don’t need another app. Teachers don’t need another dashboard. They need a system that works the way learning actually happens. At HyggeX
