Small Steps Make Big Changes When I was in college, I used to think that if I wanted to change my life, I needed some big breakthrough. Like suddenly becoming super productive, or suddenly getting very fit. But nothing like that ever happened. I would start strong for a few days and then stop. One of my friends gave me a very simple advice: “Just read 10 pages every night before sleeping.” At first I laughed, thinking how can 10 pages matter. But I still tried. Slowly, it became a habit. By the end of the year, I had finished almost 10 books. Honestly, that was the first time I realised how small efforts add up quietly. From there, I understood that consistency is more powerful than waiting for big motivation. Even today, whenever I feel stuck, I just focus on doing one small thing daily instead of dreaming about some big change. Over time, it always works. Have you ever experienced this — a very small habit that later made a huge difference?
