Some days it feels like you are running in circles. You keep working and trying but nothing seems to move forward. The big wins feel far away, people do not notice, and sometimes you wonder if it is even worth it. But the truth is most progress does not look like progress. It happens quietly when no one is watching. Every small task, every habit you stick to, and every setback you push through adds up, even if it does not show right away. For me, one of the biggest wins was not the results I got in JEE Mains or MHT CET. It was the hug I received from my dad after seeing those results. That hug made me realize that the effort, the struggle, and the patience were already worth it. Sometimes love and support feel bigger than any milestone. So be kind to yourself. You are not stuck or failing. Trust the process and keep going. What is one small win you have had recently that made a difference for you even if no one else noticed?

Burnout isn’t about working too much. It’s about: Doing the wrong work Lying to yourself about progress Chasing people you don’t even like Pretending you’re fine Ignoring your wins Work on that, not just your workload.

Balance is not always 50:50. It sometimes 30:70 Maybe 60:40 Even 20:80 Or 34.73:65.27 It's more about doing the most important things more efficiently (even sometimes that one thing only) rather than doing everything equally.

Ever find yourself stuck in the cycle of 'just one more task'? Our work culture tends to glorify being constantly busy, but staying late or pushing ourselves beyond limits doesn’t necessarily equal success. It’s easy to think that going the extra mi
