Some days it feels like you are running in circles. You keep working and trying but nothing seems to move forward. The big wins feel far away, people do not notice, and sometimes you wonder if it is even worth it. But the truth is most progress does not look like progress. It happens quietly when no one is watching. Every small task, every habit you stick to, and every setback you push through adds up, even if it does not show right away. For me, one of the biggest wins was not the results I got in JEE Mains or MHT CET. It was the hug I received from my dad after seeing those results. That hug made me realize that the effort, the struggle, and the patience were already worth it. Sometimes love and support feel bigger than any milestone. So be kind to yourself. You are not stuck or failing. Trust the process and keep going. What is one small win you have had recently that made a difference for you even if no one else noticed?

Burnout isnโ€™t about working too much. Itโ€™s about: Doing the wrong work Lying to yourself about progress Chasing people you donโ€™t even like Pretending youโ€™re fine Ignoring your wins Work on that, not just your workload.

TALENT IS OVERRATEDโ€”CONSISTENCY WINSโ— You donโ€™t need to be the smartest or the most talentedโ€”you just need to show up every single day. The ones who stay consistent, even when they donโ€™t feel like it, are the ones who make it. Keep grinding, keep pu

Small actions, every day. Thatโ€™s the secret. Not big wins, but quiet consistency.

I once had a mentor tell me, โ€œSuccess is just a series of tiny, unsexy actions, repeated over time.โ€ He wasn't wrong. Too often, we chase the big, flashy wins. We scroll through LinkedIn, searching for instant fame, partnerships, and milestones.

Nobody talks about the middle. The part where excitement fades and progress stalls. Where the work feels endless, the wins feel small, and the finish line isn't even in sight. The middle part is where most people quitโ€”not because they couldn't do it
