Booking a turf is a broken experience. It started with a simple group chat trying to book a cricket turf. The endless calls, checking availability, and price haggling felt like a problem that should have been solved years ago. So today, I’m starting to build the solution. Here's the core hypothesis for TurfWallah: Centralized Discovery: Users shouldn't have to call 10+ numbers. They need one place to see every local option. Real-Time Calendars: Booking a turf should be as easy as booking a meeting room, see open slots and book instantly. Seamless Payments: Our goal is to cut the booking process from an average of 25 minutes of calls and coordination to a 90-second in-app checkout. This is Day 1 of sharing my journey while building TurfWallah in public. What's the single biggest frustration you've faced when booking a local sports facility?
