Hey there! I am a 20 year undergard from Nagpur, Maharashtra and I with my father are thinking of opening a turf. The area where we are planning to build the turf is in the outskirts of the city but the area do have a college and a bunch of apartments nearby. Will it be a great idea to open a turf there and start a passive income from it!? If yes, what are the steps, the cost, the maintenance and also the other average net income that can be generated. If no, what else can be done?
