See Niket, I had partially agree with this. Work–life balance isn’t just about personal wealth, it’s also about the system you live in. For eg In Europe, for instance, balance is built into the culture people wrap up by Friday 5 pm and then immerse themselves in life outside of work, whether it’s socializing, dining, or hiking. So while money gives individuals freedom, a society’s values and policies can make balance accessible to everyone, not just the wealthy.
