Hi Medial peeps 👋 I’ve curated this for the dreamers, chasers, and hustlers building daily. Here’s my insight on how to hack yourself so that nothing external can break you: Most founders think their biggest risk is running out of capital. But neuroscience says the real failure point lies in the thought–feeling–behavior loop inside your brain. 🧠 Thoughts → stories your mind creates 💓 Feelings → how your brain predicts your body’s state ⚡ Behaviors → the actions that lock habits in place This loop is self-reinforcing. Negative thought → anxious feeling → avoidant action → more negativity. Reframed thought → calmer feeling → adaptive action → reinforced confidence. Here’s how you can rewire it: 1️⃣ Label the thought + feeling 2️⃣ Reframe the meaning 3️⃣ Regulate physiology (try box breathing) 4️⃣ Set an “if–then” plan (ex: If anxious, I’ll take 2 breaths + ask 1 clarifying question) Do this daily, and your loop shifts from spiral → strength. ✨ Capital matters. Strategy matters. But the founder who masters their inner loop will always outlast the one who ignores it. 👉 I’ve broken this down with more science + tools in my newsletter. https://open.substack.com/pub/weirdbappa/p/why-founders-fail-the-thoughtfeelingbehavior?utm_source=share&utm_medium=android&r=4ofp93

Here’s the truth I’ve learned as a designer: your design speaks before you do. Founders spend weeks on content and captions, but the first thing people notice? The design. And in those first 3 seconds, trust is either built or lost. When I design
