When startup go for funding they get their funds from investors for some equity so if the enterpreneur gives his equity to the investor so in next funding round do investor has to dilute their equity too? or just the enterpreneur?

I am just thinking that Medial is a good app. Let's crowdfund the app so the founder doesn't need to dilute the equity.

When we think about startup or any early stage project the founder's mindset should be more focused on making money or the project.... How is it seen when a founder start to make a company just to earn money.??
