I rate this logo 6/10 Logo colour and fonts can be batter If it a service based agricultural firm or solar base I will rate this logo 8/10 But still I suggest to change. And try different.

Looks fine tbh, but I think colors could be used of a much brighter shade, the logo is looking a bit dull with the current colors.
