Ever tried cracking interviews at big tech companies? It feels like preparing for a space mission. DSA here, system design there, behavioral rounds, case studies, trick questions — by the time you’re done, you don’t even remember why you wanted the job. Now compare it to a startup interview. It’s like someone just pulls a chair, gives you chai and asks — “Can you build this thing? By tomorrow?” That’s it. No rocket science, no 7 rounds of stress. Just show what you can do. Both have their own thrill. Big companies test how well you can solve puzzles. Startups test how fast you can roll your sleeves. So if you’re preparing, here’s the cheat sheet in plain English: For big tech: learn to play with Lego blocks of algorithms, because they care about puzzles more than products. For startups: show you can take an idea, write some code, and turn it into something real that runs on a phone. At the end, interviews aren’t about who’s smarter. It’s just about who fits the game being played

Been hearing many successful D2C brand strategy discussion podcasts, interviews - One Big Takeaway = NO ONE HAS IT FIGURED OUT FOR SURE. Stop getting biased by ideas that have already been executed. You do You.
