let me tell you something real important, This is the 1st thing that i ask when I'm looking for a co-founder. good product is not equal to successful product. you know why, execution matters. unless you have clear forte that what will you contribute, eg. a role of cfo, ceo, marketing, operations etc. I'm skeptical about people's association. I'm making a product as well but am unable to find anyone who can perform any of the above. as a non-tech founder you will have to perform either one of above and with big knowledge and insight about it. you have have to be leader (because it's you vision) but at the same time will have to perform the above mentioned tasks, they are not development specific. i hope you understand

People love to say build for your user. But most haven’t even *talked* to one. You don’t have product-market fit. You have product-founder delusion.

As a founder, you have to focus on this: Distribution. Distribution will be your moat in 2025 and beyond. A good product alone won't do it anymore.
