Fractal Posts โน2,765 Cr Revenue in FY25, Turns Profitable Ahead of โน4,900 Cr IPO AI and data analytics solutions provider Fractal has filed its DRHP with SEBI to raise up to โน4,900 crore via fresh issue and OFS. The company posted a strong FY25, with revenue rising 26% to โน2,765 crore from โน2,196 crore in FY24, driven by analytical services (โน2,701 crore) and a 167% surge in subscription income to โน64 crore. The US remained its largest market, contributing โน1,802 crore (65% of total revenue), followed by Europe at โน484 crore, India at โน232 crore, and other regions at โน247 crore. Net Revenue Retention in the Fractal.ai segment improved to 121.3%, with its top 10 clients contributing 54% of segment revenue. Expenses grew 14.4% to โน2,575 crore, slower than revenue, helping Fractal swing to a โน221 crore net profit from a โน55 crore loss in FY24. ROCE stood at 12.97% and EBITDA margin at 14.13%.
