Showing real prices with no hidden figures is a great way to start. But to be raw, I think nobody cares about images. If I am paying a hefty few I expect good service, so in that case images matter a lot. But in India where most of the people only travel via cabs in only two scenarios, if they are not getting any auto, bike, or something cheap. or maybe they have a few additional bucks from their salary to spend on travelling (a higher middle income group). So, I don't think images are a concern. And on top of that you will never cross verify those images. They will be uploaded by the driver. And you know us Indian's. We are PHD. holders in lying

Thanks, Shubham, for your reply. In my 8 years of experience, 99% of customers ask for real vehicle images. Just like on e-commerce sites where buyers check real product photos, our users want to see exactly what they’ll get. Misunderstandings—like expecting a Dzire but receiving another car—can damage trust. When we tested this feature in our app, almost every user appreciated it. Currently, most of our fleet is company-owned, but for independent drivers, we have a mandatory 7-day photo update policy. The app is currently under redevelopment, and we are working on more innovative ways to enhance the cab booking experience.
