u should go in more depth when u want proper answers, if u want reach then content creation is go for, if want ongoing cash flow from start then job or sometimes freelancing. Being prepared for a startup needs knowledge in the field that u are thinking to take on, not these 3 things.

A solution should never go in search of a problem. Every startup which was successful over the years has something in common. A solution curated for a problem. As simple as the statement looks, there's much more to understand in this. Why does an investor asks about the story when a founder pitches to them. It's just to understand how well the life story is connected to the problem in the context and what made the founder pull up his pants and email on a journey to solve that problem. Saying all this, in my opinion there's no structured formula or a standard pre requisite for the preparation phase. A genuine problem to solve, a reliable and workable solution, desire to commit and dedication to hang on, plan of execution and intention to pivot -- these are somethings to tick before somebody takes the first step. So, Wherever you are and whatever be the position you are in life, it doesn't matter - when you believe strongly it's the right time, it's the right time...
