14th August 2021. No website. No official launch. And yet… we onboarded our first client. That moment kickstarted everything for The Clueless Company. Four years later, we’ve worked with over 40 clients in 8 different countries, but nothing will ever feel quite like that first “yes.” Now, for most businesses, getting that first client is the hardest part. For us, it happened in the easiest and most unexpected way possible. In fact, here’s the crazy part, we onboarded Swyftin almost a month *before* we launched TCC. Yes, you read that right. We launched on 10th September 2021 (Ganesh Chaturthi) but signed our first client on 14th August. How? I was active on social media, sharing my journey openly. Back then, I noticed how product founders were “building in public.” I thought, why can’t I do the same for a service business? That single decision changed everything. No fancy sales pitch. No marketing campaign. Just showing up, sharing value, and talking about the vision. And then, out of the blue, came our first client. Thank you so much, Nikhil Aggarwal, for trusting us when we were just an idea on paper. You gave us the confidence to believe we were on the right path. And a huge shoutout to Manasi Shah, my bestie, co-founder, partner-in-crime, and constant source of ideas, energy, and sanity through this journey. Also, a big thank you to our amazing team, the ones who bring the vision to life every single day. Your hard work, dedication, and passion are the backbone of everything we’ve achieved. To every single client of The Clueless Company® and The Agency Auditor, you are equally special to us. We wouldn’t be here without your trust, support, and belief in what we do. Here’s to the first client that started it all… and to the many more who made this journey so incredible. 🙏

Everyone told us not to use a negative word in our brand name. We built our brand around it instead. Every single time Manasi and I get on a call, whether it’s with a lead, a partner, or just someone curious, we almost always hear the same thing: “
