Let me add something here, it's not just gap in action but also in opportunities. Anyone can learn data science, AI/ML for a better career for free in YouTube and I did the same. I applied for alot of jobs in data science and even attended assignment rounds of the same. But fail to make a career in Data science because what ultimately happened is there are no opportunities left as a data scientist for millions who take action. This is the reality.

yup that's the reality, you gotta build up a job profile by doing internships ( which you may get via connections ) and later on it all depends on how skilled you are able to make yourself for getting jobs.
