How about medial should focus on increasing users rather than revenue right now. if u get users u can also earn from onboarding advertisers etc. scale is important for social media as views/attention plays vey important role in this industry. One insight i would like to give u about this industry. If i look back why i downloaded any social media, it was because my friend or someone told to use it. If you guys can bring all those shark tank companies on medial then it will be amazing. This will make everyone think that this is a go to platform for every startup. Make this a thing where they will give he sneek peeks about there new skus etc. If someone in your team or likes to make content on instagram then start making content or just hire a face, this is free reach for u guys. Just keep saying that India's first homegrown social media etc. There are many people who want to support anyone who is doing something that no one saree before. U can take an example of how people are supporting the Indian gaming industry even though these games failed to keep up with the expectations. Make a show like shark tank but with low budget and upload on YouTube, u already have an audience of medial to watch those videos. Instead of funding, give them advice etc and instead of showcase prize pool give 5krs for 1 winner per episode (also add option of crowdfunding so those winners will get monetary support from viewers). This may explode if done well. So many things to say but will say them later. Maybe these suggestions feel wierd or useless. But i will keep giving suggestions until I come up with something good 😊.
