You don’t need another productivity app. You just need to use WhatsApp properly. Most people open WhatsApp 20 times a day. But barely use its actual features. It's like having a Swiss Army knife and only using the bottle opener. Let me show you two game-changers you’re probably ignoring: Pin. And Archive. I use the Pin feature for just three chats, because that’s all WhatsApp allows. 1. Chat with myself (yes, that’s my external brain) 2. Chat with my co-founder, Manasi at The Clueless Company (TCC) 3. A rotating slot for follow-ups or important reminders I can't afford to miss This system helps me stay focused without having to dig through a jungle of chats. Now comes my favourite: Archive. The one feature that makes my WhatsApp feel... peaceful. Once I’m done with a chat, I archive it. Out of sight. Out of mind. If someone replies, it pops right back into the main screen. You never miss a message, but your screen stays clean. And yes, I’m manifesting this loud: WhatsApp, please bring a ā€˜Send & Archive’ feature like Gmail. I’d love to hit send and have the chat disappear into the archive automatically. It saves clicks, saves time, and honestly, saves mental clutter. This tiny change in how I use WhatsApp has made a big difference. It’s not about hacking your life. It’s about making tools work for you instead of overwhelming you. If you’re still scrolling through chaos on WhatsApp every morning, maybe give this a shot? Would love to know what your 3 pinned chats are. And if you archive at all, or let chaos reign.
