My First 365 Days as a Startup Founder One year ago on Aug 05, I launched Hexpertify. Not with a grand plan. Not with funding. Not even with a team. Just a raw idea and one strong belief. The first 6 months? Confusing. Quiet. Slow. I didn’t know what I was doing but I knew why I was doing it. So I listened. I asked questions. I collected feedback from every user and every expert who showed up. And slowly, it all started taking shape. We didn’t blow up. We didn’t raise money. But we stayed. We’re still here. Still learning. Still building. But now we’ve come far from where we started.Somewhere between the late nights, failed launches, and honest feedback, I realized I was getting an education no classroom ever offered. This one year taught me more than any college degree could have. This isn’t a “we made it” post. It’s a “we’re still here, and we’re still building ” post. If you’re in that stage Crawling, Learning, Doubting. But showing up anyway? I see you. Keep going.🚀

Back in May 2024, me and my seniors built and launched an automated photo booth. The idea was simple: Customers scan a QR code, pose, and receive two cute polaroid-style prints instantly — all for just ₹40. Everything worked smoothly. Our first launc
