that's quite a knowledgeable insight, I did actually try to look for data with good metrics for measure but it's pretty difficult to find surveys based on it. do you have any suggestions on sites or organizations with in depth information?

A few places you could check out are: CPCB (Central Pollution Control Board) – They have some of the most updated air quality data for different cities across India. SAFAR-India – Their reports are quite handy, especially for major cities, and include detailed analysis. TERI (The Energy and Resources Institute) – They publish really thoughtful studies and research on environmental issues in India. World Air Quality Index (WAQI) – Good for comparing global and local air quality numbers. Also, some academic institutions like IIT Delhi and IISc Bangalore often publish in-depth research papers, if you're looking for more technical info!
