As I said, startup co-founder ship work like a marriage, especially a business marriage. When you fall in love and like to marry a girl you wish, you find some qualities and which attracts you towards her and make you feel she is the girl you need in life. Same thing happens in finding and getting a co founder. In both love as well as business marriage it is important to build a relationship with the person as it is the first step of getting committed for the rest of future, understand each other, make and manage some priorities and more to make sure they align with your Idea and goals
