Whether you’re in sales, marketing, product, or even HR, your OOO message is a chance to leave a lasting impression, share value, or even drive leads. Think of it as your auto-pilot elevator pitch. Here’s one example you can copy-paste if you’re in sales: _____ Subject: Out of Office (but here’s how I can still help you) Body: Hi, I’m currently on leave, but if you’re exploring [insert your solution area, e.g., revenue automation for B2B SaaS], our team is still available to support you.
