I'm graduated same year,from a lower middle class family and tier 3 clg.I'm working as a sort of long term freelance contractor now.I have big dreams same as you. The thing is, it is inevitable that you feel exhausted. Take regular breaks from all of them like once in a month. Coming to your situation, workouts and diet are part of your life and I think you have to choose to learn one thing at a time. Switching between multiple learning paths might distract you.
