Same is happening in Mumbai too. It have become atleast 10 times harder to book a cab.. And there's no way you'll be able book a cab without offering 20-50% in additional commisions. It's crazy but that strike does make sense for the driver. Sharing a real life example below. So Ola approximately charges ₹650-750 + ₹100 in addon tip to the consumer for a ride that would cost around ₹700 if you opt for a normal taxi. Now as you know that ola deducts 30% fees too and a cost to run a well mentained Ac Ola cab is more than of a taxi. Further Ola drivers have to pay a good amount in EMIs too so there's surely hardly anything they're left with.

How come @Olacabs @Uber India@inDrive @rapidobikeapp @nammayatrithey don't hold one-day seminars on howto use their services for inexperiencedauto and taxi drivers? As a result, they arecurrently losing between fifty and sixtypercent of their revenue
