What if I could just make all the right choices consistently and improve my life every 3 months but I don’t and instead I have excuses like ‘man nhi kar rha’ ‘thoda der insta chalaleta hun’ etc that derail me. Recently I have been curious of this, and I was like “actually why can’t I” even for say 2 weeks and in chatgpting I came across this concept of “we are not our mind” and if we could observe our own mind as a 3rd person pov then we starts to get actual control over it, otherwise we just live on autopilot. What do you think? I do feel like trying.

I bet , u all guys have some ideas that , u thought will gonna be a big boom business, but becuz of some problem or lack of self confidence and resources or whatever the reason is , that idea had stopped .. If u guys don't mind , could u mention it
