I listened to a video by Varun Mayya, where he talked about how to connect with people. His advice? Don’t just follow from a distance. Engage. Comment on their posts, tag them. But he also gave a word of caution - do not chase extremely busy individuals like the founder of CRED, Prakhar, or Tanmay Bhat. They’re already overwhelmed. Instead, reach out to people who are still in the early or mid-stage of building - those who are open, accessible, and hungry to connect. That advice resonated with me - but it also made me realize something: I don’t know where to find such people. I’m from Ahmedabad, Gujarat. I don’t have a radar that shows me who’s building what across India. And I’ve yet to come across a common platform or community that curates such connections.
