Yeah I know mene sab motivation dekh liya hai but stress bhut jada ho gaya hai also coming suicidal thoughts mere parents ko koi problem nhi hai ulta vo mujhe bhejne mai excited hai but mera ek side stress hai ki mere Jane ke baad kase manage kerege Give me some solution
