1) The entire platform UI is in small letters including heading which makes it a bit jarring. Even the bot grammar is in the same way. 2) The voice chat is sensitive, while speaking also it hears from the user. Make sure it listens and speaks separat

6) In chats, the session is limited by 35 chats. You need to consider that some users will message thier thoughts in fragments and session will get exhausted. Also after single thought the session is not getting over which creates fatal UX. Make sure the user has the option to close is session when he/she wants for a better UX.
