there are hundreds of videos, podcasts, books, blogs out there on how to pitch to investors. Me? I’ve never pitched to investors. But I’ve faced plenty of job interviews — and cleared almost all of them, even when I was up against folks with 10+ years’ experience while I had just 2–3. Why did they pick me? Because pitching — or interviewing — isn’t just about knowing the “right” answers. Half the time they know you’re bluffing anyway. What really matters is showing them you’re the one who’ll handle any crisis, solve any problem, and keep things moving. For that, you need deep knowledge of your own work, honesty, and quiet confidence. And most of all — don’t overdo the formality. Be casual. Be real. That’s what connects.
