Create 3 diff packages - It will give them a chance to go through them and select one as per their budget and requirements. It automatically increases the conversion rate. 📍 Hire people smarter than you If you want to scale as a freelancer, you have to hire. I have learned recently that you should hire people smarter than you - people, who can take charge of the work and take loads off of you. This will give you time to focus on the tasks that actually matter. 📍 Build your personal brand I swear Building the personal brand has changed my life completely. Do a job, do a side hustle, and do 100 other things but make sure you take 10-20 mins out every day in your schedule to work on your personal brand. because it can change your life. It certainly did mine.
