Was it a personal PP or a business?? Did you receive your business payments on Personal account? were there any chargebacks?

it's personal I think 🤔. I just connected to cashfree payments to receive intl. payments

You can't do that and Paypal will hold your payments, you used a personal account for business payments. Payal has a business account, even if you wanted to use the personal account you needed to let the PayPal account warm up. I use my personal account for business payments but the account is warmed up for more than 5+ years.

So I was wrong. You can accept international payments from your Individual razorpay / cashfree account, no need for GSTIN or any company details. You just have to connect your PayPal account with your payment gateway.
