No not everyone aren't and I am happy that GST office is working on it. The GST notice have been issued to people who's having business with no proper documentation using UPI and connecting their savings account for their business transaction no ITR is filed, so am happy to see that it's getting hunted more should be hunted. Example : One of our known person, had a bakery with a business of 25-30k daily and he bought a car recently worth 27L with all cash, even with such a business he could have had current account + file ITR yearly right ? even if fake filling it adjusting in ITR that would be different case but atleast he could file it. So yea i am happy that these kind of people are hunted down ( even car showroom people were shocked even people who have Doesn't get in cash nowadays ), he got a GST notice for 21L 😂
