How do you validate “people are paying” without a product in hand?

You can check if people are paying by: Searching for similar products or solutions and seeing if they have paying customers or pricing pages. Looking for reviews, testimonials, or case studies that mention purchases. Checking marketplaces (like App Store, Amazon, SaaS directories) for paid offerings in your niche. If others are making money solving the problem, that’s your validation.
