Sadly that's very true, but we shouldn't blame the IITians for that. Those IITians spent years struggling just to get into IITs for the high pay package and all, and now since they have completed their degrees, they will opt for the best offer. Tbh, no one really cares about India, all what MOST people care about is a their package and a good quality of life and in the US offers that perfectly. While some great opportunities are emerging from India too (i think so), foreign countries still remains the number one choice for work. It's more of it is what it is stuff. Correct me if I'm wrong btw
