Bro That 4 rupee will go to payment gateway probably Razorpay or Rupay. Every tech platform use third party payment gateway and they charge for every transaction. Now imagine flipcart is paying 4 rupee per transaction to Razorpay and 1 cr people cancel their order. Then Flipcart is not gonna pay 4cr to Razorpay from their own pocket.

So I was wrong. You can accept international payments from your Individual razorpay / cashfree account, no need for GSTIN or any company details. You just have to connect your PayPal account with your payment gateway.
