Investor ka kabhi koi obligation nahi hota Hain. it's the responsibility of the pitcher to convince them that the idea is going to make money and as a partner investor would make some money out of that.. Even the founder has no obligation to give a share of his company to the investor . Only if the founder is convinced that the investor would bring a bit more than money to his company. It's a two way transaction which should be symbiotic.One is here to make their idea or company big and the other is here to make their net worth big which in my opinion is a fair deal
