Moving back to India from Canada was never part of my โperfect plan.โ But sometimes, life gives you a detour. And that detour shows you who you really are. When I came back, everyone around me had one question: โSoโฆwhat job are you applying for?โ But deep down, I knew I wasnโt ready to go back to a 9โ5. Not because I had it all figured out. But because I wanted to figure myself out. So instead of sending out resumes... I started building. Hereโs what happened when I stopped chasing safety and started chasing potential: โข I found brilliant people โ friends, co-founders, collaborators โข I built a tech team from scratch (yes, right here in India) โข I crafted a lean, hungry marketing crew โข I started working on a venture that solves real-world problems And no, I didnโt have a 20-slide investor deck on Day 1. Just a laptop, a few Google Docs, and a strong WHY. India surprised me. Not just with its chaos and speed, but with its possibility. Did you know? India has more internet users than the entire US population It's the 3rd largest startup ecosystem in the world Over 50% of global tech talent now comes from India And weโre just getting started. So if youโve just returned from abroadโฆ ๐ Donโt panic. ๐ Donโt settle. ๐ Donโt shrink yourself to fit old expectations. You didnโt move backwards. You just entered the most exciting market in the world, at exactly the right time. This is your invitation to build. Not for India. Not from India. But from India to the world. Start small. Start scared. Just start. If youโre in the same boat, just moved back and figuring things out drop โStart in Indiaโ in the comments or DM me. โป๏ธ Repost in your network to share with someone who'd already moved to India or planning to move back ๐ Follow Krishan Pal (PMP) for more such daily post on Indian startup and business opportunities Letโs build something meaningful, together. #Entrepreneurship #India #ReturnedToIndia #StartupJourney #IndiansAbroad #TechStartups #MadeInIndia
