The most irrational belief Indian founders have, but still end up winning big: "We’ll figure out monetization later” Sounds crazy. But it’s worked more than once Here’s how 👇 • Founders chase users like their life depends on it • They burn cash without a clear way to make it back • Everyone says it’s unsustainable • And yet… some of the biggest Indian startups did exactly this • Paytm started with free mobile recharges • No revenue, no clear plan—just explosive user growth • That user base became the foundation for wallets, UPI, tickets, loans • Distribution first, monetization later • ShareChat focused on regional users no one else cared about • Content in Indian languages, memes, status videos • No monetization for years • But now they own an audience no one else can easily reach • KukuFM paid to get users from Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities • Most weren’t paying anything • But the bet? Own audio in Bharat before anyone else • Build habits now, monetize once people are hooked Why does this sometimes work in India? • The market is huge, so even small % conversions add up • Cost of building is still relatively low • People don’t pay in the beginning—but habits stick • Once you’re inside the user’s daily routine, you’ve got leverage • Not every startup can survive this phase • But the ones that do, win big when the money finally clicks • It’s high risk, high patience—but high reward In India, “We’ll figure out monetization later” isn’t always foolish Sometimes, it’s just bold timing that pays off, 'sometimes' not everytime..

🚨 Being a founder is not just about building — it's about convincing. Even when your product is free, useful, and truly solves a problem, getting people to try it feels like climbing Everest with no rope. I've spent months building something I deep

Ever built something amazing—only to watch nobody care? You spent weeks coding. Tuned every pixel. Launched it with pride. And... silence. No likes. No users. No magic. That’s the punch most first-time founders never see coming. Because building

📌 DO NOT POSTPONE YOUR DREAM CHARMER. It is way more important than any temporary pleasure. Act now, the time is passing. ⏳⏰⌛ Do not delay your success for no reason, as sometimes... "LATER MEANS NEVER."
