First before beginning with the stuff you should always think the pain point of what you would start like : What if the electric boats go off in the middle of the ocean what can be done ? What if the fishermens forget to charge the battery one day ? But one thing Making it hybrid might work 😉

Thank you for your considerations sir. I was not thinking about making it fully electric in the first place . We have to increase the battery backup, make it lighter, make it waterproof totally (we are in the sea ⛵) and convincing then will be a different issue altogether.
