what is necessary for business is- Market Research. Look into it sometime. You'll know. Anyway, the backlash is about it stealing livelihood of creatives. It is about how easy it is to steal other's thumbnails and artworks they've spent years building their brands on. Yeah sure man, tell me one business that builds itself without this market research.
