What can you do that makes you effectively use your learnings and reduce the gap between learning and execution? Post or create something - You can start sharing your gained knowledge through a post or create something useful for your own reference. This should not be done for perfection or likes, but for your practice. Make it a habit where you start using your knowledge in any visible way possible. Do a "knowledge project"- What is a knowledge project? Here you can assign yourself a project, which incorporates the learnings. It should be a public journey where people should know what you are doing, making you accountable. What can that be? 30 days of posting what you learned. (on Instagram or LinkedIn or Medial) 30 days Blog series of what yo learn. (can write a learning journal every night) 3:1 Rule of Execution- I know not everyone have the courage to start posting, the why not start applying this 3:1 rule of execution? This rule says, learn for 3x time and execute the learnings for 1x time (3 hours learning and 1 hour execution). This can help students preparing for exams, where 3 hours of study with an hour of problems or questions solving. Build an accountability circle- Maybe you have a group of friends with same journey as you are, you can rely on or maybe I can help you with a company who regularly checks-in for your growth. Knowledge-Execution Dashboard- This is something that i felt was the best solution. A dashboard which keeps you updated with what you learned, where you can execute, and where is it executed. (This can be done on paper or digitally)
