Remember the famous line from the movie "3 Idiots"? “Success ke peeche mat bhago, excellence ka peecha karo, success jhak maarke peeche aayegi” Here's what it means for your career: Rule: Knowledge → Skill → Network → Resources → Reputation 1. Start gaining "Knowledge" of what you want to do. 2. When you apply this knowledge, it becomes "Skill" 3. Now you are professional, your "Network" will grow. 4. Once you become valuable to others, your "Resources" (money) will expand. 5. With all these elements in place, you will undoubtedly earn a strong "Reputation" Think about this: A job that pays well (resources) but offers little in terms of learning and skill development is ultimately a low-paying job in the long run. Don't just chase big companies or money. Choose opportunities that let you grow, learn, and develop.

In the early stage what defines your success is the estimated time taken for you to arrange resources ( capital, talent and anything that's needed) Lower the time, higher probability for success
