I'm 17 and I edit videos. Started when I was 15. First edit took me 3 days. Now I can finish one in 2 hours. Last week I finished a project for a client. They loved the final result. Felt incredible. But it wasn't always like this. I used to think I needed expensive software. I used to think I was too young. I used to compare myself to everyone. Then I realized something. Age doesn't matter. Equipment doesn't matter. What matters is telling good stories. What matters is solving problems. What matters is helping people see their vision. Every project teaches me something new. Every client trusts me with their story. Every edit makes me more confident. Here's what I learned: Start before you feel ready. Learn while you earn. Your perspective matters. Your skills have value. Don't wait for permission. Don't wait for perfection. Create something today.
