Man it’s such a BIG pain in early days of a startup. It costs a lot too!

i am CTO in thetaxco.in we have tried this using AI but not worked most people are preferring direct communication less prefered AI.So just try without much capital.

Hi being a legal person myself this can be an aid and that's it can't or shouldn't replace a lawyer who works on case to case scenarios and even then you still need someone to work on drafts i.e. a physical person. it might cut out those young persons who do menial tasks. Formats are available in books and internet. The problem is the tacit knowledge which legals get being in different situations and experiences that can't be replaced at all in my view by just another legal Tech tool.

Well, we are yet to launch our MVP But I can tell you the problem is real since we went through it. We hired an external agency to do all this work for us yet so much time & efforts were consumed. Some examples: Choosing the right INC code for your company, MSME & GST registration, Virtual company address registration etc. It would have been nice if there was something that can help us with these things.

If your AI is solid, then all is good. If it's anything like turnitin or sometimes even ChatGPT responses, you are doomed. You are entering the legal department, even a slight mistake could cost thousands.

I have been using chatgpt/ claude to review the legal docs like NDA as well as generated mutual NDA agreement through it. however it is not that easy to generate in one click, I had thought of each heads to generate a multiple iterations content.

This addresses real pain points! As a bootstrapped founder, I've spent countless hours figuring out MCA filings, GST compliance, and basic legal docs. Currently paying 15-20k per month to a CA for things that should be automated. If this can handle routine compliance and document generation reliably, it could save both time and money for small startups.
