An infrastructure mismatch. Not an innovation shortage! We often look for more founders, more startups, more funding. But what if the real bottleneck is the lack of physical and institutional infrastructure across the country? Colleges with no innovation zones. Schools with no labs. Towns with no startup hubs. Partially agreed. I've had similar view for a while now. Good products perform great with good maintenance and optimal conditions. We got lots of great talent. But no one teaches them and surroundings don't encourage innovation and they're rotten away in plain sight. By the time they realise this they're way past their prime
