Interesting idea but what's each state's natural innovation advantage? Karnataka has IT heritage, Tamil Nadu has manufacturing, Gujarat has entrepreneurial culture, Maharashtra has finance. You can't just decree that Jharkhand becomes a tech hub. I

Good point. Karnataka has an IT heritage abd thus it has developed into an economy that supports startups. Similarly, every state in our country has a strong area where they are doing well. Every state must have an ecosystem that nurtures their own asset. Innovation hub doesn’t mean that Gujarat must become a Silicon Valley, rather Gujarat must have all the elements that supports the innovation of an 18 year old entrepreneur if he or she has a groundbreaking idea. This 18 year old must not travel to other states seeking funds and other support. It should be provided at home.
