Was reading around product metrics and bumped into Andy Carvel's Mobile growth Stack. So apparently, The Mobile Growth Stack is a framework designed to guide marketers, founders, and growth experts in developing user acquisition strategies for mobile products. It's adaptable for any product stage or business model, with certain components gaining relevance at different points. So how does it work ? This framework is structured into three main goals: Acquisition, Engagement/Retention, and Monetization, all underpinned by Insight & Analytics. While companies will focus on different layers depending on their product's maturity and immediate goals, sustained success requires impacting all three core objectives, which is highly unlikely without strong analytics. Each specific activity within the stack is optional; a smart growth strategy involves carefully selecting the right mix of activities that align with your strengths, offer the best immediate gains, and build capabilities for future expansion, rather than trying to do everything.
