most people just don't know how to prove their worth. at the age of 21-25 people are with bachelor degree and most bachelor degree doesn't give much scope of job specially in lower tier cities.

I agree with this point , but logo ko opportunity hi nhi pata hai sab log doctor engineer Govt job ke peeche lage huye hai . logo ko new opportunities ke baare me pata hi nhi hai . Agar ham log aisi ek community banaye jaha par logo ko Bhut se buisness aur job ke baare me bataye, what do you think

I have thought for same in recent day also. infact, I had college project regarding idea generation and validation. I worked on exactly the thing you are talking. based on the research we realised some do want to explore but most students are just very rigid to well known paths and do not wise to explore. until they walk to traditional path and fail. only then they try to explore till then lot of time get wasted. we could discuss on this.
